Modified from isoccer.org, StatUP,  BeastMode, Red Bull Academy and others, we have created a training session with video links.  If a partner is available, complete the Partner Training Exercises.

Ball Mastery Skills - 6-7 minutes (20 seconds exercise, 20 seconds rest)
Toe Taps
Brazilian Soccer Dance
Foundations
Continuous Cruyff Turns
Continuous Step Over (Ben Lawrence) Dead Ball
Continuous Step Over - Outside Touch
Continuous Scissor Over (Jon Harris) Dead Ball
Continuous Scissor - Inside Touch
Sole Roll
Inside, Inside, Inside, Outside

Juggling- 2 minutes each, inside 5 meter box
Seated Juggling  as many touches as possible in 2 minutes.
Dominant Foot Juggling as many touches as possible in 2 minutes.
Non-Dominant Foot Juggling as many touches as possible in 2 minutes.

Pass/Receive -(20 seconds each exercise, 20 seconds rest)
From 2.5 Meters Wall Pass - 1 Touch, Right foot
From 2 Meters Bench Pass - 1 Touch, Left foot
2.5 Meters Bench Pass - 2 Touch, Right foot
2.5 Meters Bench Pass - 2 Touch, Left foot

Ping Practice w/ Tutorial This could be done alone, several balls at one end of the space.  Ping all the balls across to a target, then back again to where you started.
