Welcome to the SHS Soccer community.
Currently, you'll find some general information, and links to key places.  

We will keep this location loaded with training information.  Remember that every individual is different and your response to training may be different from others.  With that in mind however, these programs are designed to improve your technical ability with the ball, and to improve your overall athleticism while making you more resilient.  You can't train if you are hurt, and you can't play if you are hurt.  Strong and skillful athletes are long standing Souhegan Soccer trademarks, and we'll persist in this ideal.

Exercise descriptions for top level fitness are also included, and videos will be posted as produced.  Please use the PDF calendar and the PDF exercise sheets to follow a great workout.  Those who follow the workout will reach the highest levels of fitness in NH, and will be resilient beyond any doubt.  Strong, powerful, fast soccer players will come from this plan.

Where to do the workout?
Summer training can happen at your choice of gym and field.  Stay tuned for information regarding time at the SHS Fitness Center.  Use the kick wall in front of the school for ball training exercises.
